Day 1 Arusha

Day 2 Ngorongoro Conservation Area
On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Arusha (approximately 55 KM / 1 hour).
After breakfast meet your driver/guide for a briefing and drive in 4X4 safari vehicle into Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner and overnight at your lodge (approximately 175 KM / 3.5 hours). (BLD)
Get the adventure started with a drive down the steep valley (about 600m) to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is known for its unusual sights including the rare black rhinos. After spending the full day in the crater, with a packed lunch, you will return to the lodge for dinner. (BLD)
After breakfast you will travel to the Serengeti National Park, with a stop enroute at Ol’Duvai Gorge. Here in the ‘cradle of mankind’ the skull of a human being was found which is believed to be the oldest ever discovered. Dinner and overnight at your lodge (approximately 200 KM / 4 hours). (BLD)
Enjoy a full day of quality African safari time in the Serengeti National Park. Home to a vast array of Tanzania’s wildlife, there will be plenty of opportunities to see the ‘Big Five’, but to increase your chances a picnic lunch is provided so you won’t have to look away for a second!
